"THE PORK PIE," a brand specializing in pork pie hats.
We craft only pork pie hats, using natural materials with unique expressions.
A pork pie hat is a specific style of hat. Its name is derived from the fact that its shape, when viewed from above, resembles the traditional British dish, the "pork pie."
For this brand, we use custom-made wooden molds with a specific focus on a crown height that isn't too tall (10cm) and a deeper groove in the top section. Each hat is meticulously handcrafted, resulting in a product with a warm, personal touch.
We strive to create simple, minimalist hats, using minimal decorations like ribbons.
The casual, relaxed form makes it easy to incorporate into a wide range of styles, and we confidently recommend it as a perfect "first hat" for those who have never tried wearing one before.
Because we use minimal decoration, every hat is equipped with a rubber hoop that allows you to customize it by attaching a bandana, scarf, or handkerchief. Since you can combine them freely, the freedom to bring out diverse looks through different colors and patterns is another one of its charms.

A pork pie hat crafted from wool felt material.
Wool (sheep) material looks almost identical to rabbit material, but it is characterized by a slightly coarser texture by comparison. If handled with careful maintenance, you can enjoy using it for many years to come.
The crown is 10cm, neither too tall nor too low. The brim is accented with blanket stitching embroidery. An elastic cord is built into the inside of the hat, allowing for size adjustments. Additionally, a rubber hoop is included so you can customize it with a bandana or scarf. Feel free to combine it with bandanas, scarves, handkerchiefs, and more.
