THE PORK PIE, a brand specializing in pork pie hats
We exclusively produce pork pie hats using natural materials with unique character.
The pork pie hat is one of many styles of hats. Its name is derived from the fact that its shape, when viewed from above, resembles the traditional British dish, the "pork pie."
For this brand, we use custom-made wooden blocks designed with a crown height that isn't too tall (10cm) and a deeper groove at the top, allowing us to handcraft each hat one by one with a sense of warmth.
We intentionally produce simple, minimalist hats, using as few embellishments as possible like ribbons.
Their relaxed shape complements a wide range of styles, and we confidently recommend them as a first-time hat for those who have never tried wearing one before.
Because we use minimal decoration, every hat is equipped with a rubber loop, allowing you to customize it with bandanas, scarves, or handkerchiefs. The freedom to combine them and bring out various expressions through different colors and patterns is another part of their charm.

"Pork Pie Hat Wool Felt Blanket Stitch"
This is a pork pie hat crafted from wool felt material.
Wool material looks almost identical to rabbit felt, but is characterized by a slightly coarser texture by comparison. With careful handling, you can enjoy these hats for many years to come.
The crown is 10cm, neither too high nor too low. The brim is finished with a hand-stitched blanket stitch. The inside of the hat features an integrated elastic cord, allowing for size adjustment. Additionally, it is equipped with a rubber loop so you can customize it with bandanas or scarves. You are free to mix and match with bandanas, scarves, handkerchiefs, etc.
