THE PORK PIE: A brand specializing in pork pie hats
We exclusively craft pork pie hats using natural materials with unique character.
A pork pie hat is a specific style of hat, named for its resemblance to the traditional British dish "pork pie" when viewed from above.
Our brand uses custom-made wooden blocks to ensure a crown height of 10cm—not too tall—and a deep groove at the top, allowing us to produce warm, artisanal hats one by one by hand.
We strive for a simple, minimalist aesthetic, using as little decoration, such as ribbons, as possible.
Their relaxed form complements a wide range of styles, making them a perfect first hat for those who haven't worn hats before.
Because we minimize decoration, every hat is equipped with a rubber hoop that allows you to customize it with bandanas, scarves, or handkerchiefs. The freedom to mix and match colors and patterns to bring out a variety of looks is part of their charm.

A pork pie hat crafted from wool felt.
Wool felt is similar in appearance to rabbit felt, but has a slightly coarser texture by comparison. With careful handling and maintenance, this hat can be enjoyed for many years to come.
The crown is 10cm—neither too high nor too low. The brim is finished with a hand-embroidered blanket stitch. The inside of the hat features an integrated elastic band for size adjustment. It is also equipped with a rubber hoop for customizing with bandanas or scarves. Feel free to combine it with your choice of bandana, scarf, or handkerchief.
