Inspired by the collage works of artist Shusaku Takaoka,we strive to "rediscover" everyday life in new ways.Faded fabrics, old illustrations, fragments of memories.We translate these materials, reassembled by Takaoka's hand,into clothing as products.Each piece is crafted to breathe within your daily life.THE FOUND.is a brand that stands between past and present, art and daily life,continuing the act of "finding" through clothing.

"FOUND FICTION TEE -VINTAGE BLACK-"
This piece refreshes a design that has been available since the early days of THE FOUND.Based on a classic visual,it incorporates the gesture of holding a cigarette anda distorted layout, creating a sense of openness reminiscent of a movie scene.The words "SMOKIN' FICTION" symbolize the ambiguous atmosphere, neither entirely real nor entirely fictional.
Inserting a slightly undone mood into elegance,it is reconstructed as a collage characteristic of THE FOUND.This work features a back print.By placing a large graphic on the back,it gives a strong presence to the rear view.The original body uses a moderately thick cotton fabric.It offers both a comfortable feel and the reassurance of being opaque.
Blending with the graphic's atmosphere,it offers the look of a well-worn item from the start, even when new.
