This long-sleeved jacket is made of stretchy ripstop nylon fabric. It has moisture wicking and quick drying properties while keeping the wind out, so it's perfect for when it's a little chilly but you don't want to wear an outer layer. Of course, it's also easy to wear as an inner layer.
