Souvenir jackets are said to have originated when American soldiers embroidered oriental patterns (eagles, tigers, dragons) as well as the names of their units and bases onto their jackets as a memento of their time stationed in Japan.
This souvenir TEE is based on the motif of such a souvenir jacket, and is made from a 100% cotton body that has been product dyed to give it a faded look.
