About returns

Please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product. In the unlikely event that the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the product at our expense. If we are unable to exchange the item, such as a sold-out item, a discontinued item, or a limited edition item, we will refund the product price and cash on delivery fee after the item is returned to us at our expense.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations after an order has been placed due to the customer's convenience.

Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or defaced by the customer ・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer ・Accessories such as product boxes, tags, manuals, etc. If the item is soiled, damaged, or lost

We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service). Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. Nəw Light not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.
