ARMY TWILL was born in the United States in the 1940s.
It started as a pioneering store brand when military wear first started to become popular as a fashion item. The brand was discontinued over time, and now it is a rare vintage item that is hard to find even in the vintage market.
In 2020, MULBERRY Co., Ltd. launched "ARMY TWILL SANFORIZED" as a reproduction label that adds a modern interpretation to universal concepts of the past.
Taking inspiration from the designs and details of various vintage clothing from America and Europe, the brand elevates them to a modern era with original fabrics and unique silhouettes. By fusing heritage and modernity, the brand is developing a new collection that aims to be the vintage of the future.

This jacket has been reconstructed by tracing the details of a British jacket from the 1950s.
The material used is 10 oz denim, and it features a soft silhouette that hugs the body with dropped shoulders and tucks near the hem.
