ARMY TWILL
ARMY TWILL was born in the United States in the 1940s.
It started as a pioneering store brand when military wear first started to become popular as a fashion item. The brand was discontinued over time, and now it is a rare vintage item that is hard to find even in the vintage market.
In 2020, MULBERRY Co., Ltd. launched "ARMY TWILL SANFORIZED" as a reproduction label that adds a modern interpretation to universal concepts of the past.
Taking inspiration from the designs and details of various vintage clothing from America and Europe, the brand elevates them to a modern era with original fabrics and unique silhouettes. By fusing heritage and modernity, the brand is developing a new collection that aims to be the vintage of the future.

"LIGHT TWILL 4PK SHIRT"
This shirt features details reminiscent of vintage American military shirts reconstructed into a modern silhouette.
It is based on a vintage big silhouette, but the patterning is used to create a balanced look, making it somewhat dressy and suitable to wear like a jacket. The pattern has been changed since the previous season, and the silhouette is a little smarter while still retaining the wideness of the big silhouette.
The item is made from a lightweight 6.5 oz denim fabric and has been given a vintage treatment during production.
