"tenugui"
This hand towel features original graphics from the select shop "NEW LIGHT."
The fabric used is Oka fabric. Oka fabric is woven with thin 30-count yarn, so it is not very thick and is rather thin. Therefore, it has a fine mesh and is moist and smooth to the touch.
These are 100cm long, 10cm longer than the standard tenugui length (90cm), and are the length often preferred in kendo and other sports.
We believe that 100cm is the ideal length when layering over other headgear such as caps and hats, so we have paid particular attention to not only the thickness of the fabric but also the length when making our jackets.
Wearing it under a hat as an accent piece is a great way to keep your sweat away, and it's quick-drying, so it's a great way to keep your sweat away.
