The current store property I finally found after searching and searching.
Hello.
This is Aragaki from NƏW LIGHT.
Today, I will write about the search for a property that took a considerable amount of time to open NƏW LIGHT.
I started looking for a store property about a year and a half ago.
I have a strange obsession with properties, and I don't want them to be "easy-to-use properties that are 10-15 tsubo square or rectangular," as I often see, but rather properties that are a bit unusual (I don't have specific details yet). I've been looking around to see if it exists, but I can't seem to find it.
In fact, the situation continued for over a year and a half, with even the ``common properties'' mentioned above being difficult to come by.
Meanwhile, I suddenly came across this property information.
When I visited a real estate property, the person in charge said, ``We haven't posted it on the website yet and the rent hasn't been decided yet, but would you like to take a look?''
When I saw the property on-site, I was immediately drawn to it and immediately signed a contract.
The property was a residence built during the bubble period that was rented out as a new retail property, and the walls, windows, lighting, and other details were filled with attention to detail, creating a nostalgic space.
The previous owner designed the building with retro bracket lights at the entrance, a solid glass block wall that is rarely seen these days, a chandelier in the atrium, a spiral staircase leading up to the second floor, and uneven stained glass windows. He must have been quite fond of it.
The interior of such a property is currently under construction.
While preserving the wonderful parts of the space, we updated its functionality as an apparel shop.
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of space will be created in the future, as I imagine the selected products lined up.
Please excuse me for today.
